A dance fitness class based in sensuality, fun, sweat and self-lovery! This 75 minute class is all about winding, grinding, stretching, strengthening and empowering our bodies, hearts and minds. Please feel free to bring a yoga/exercise mat, kneepads if you require floor modifications for standing exercises and any mobility aids you typically use to class. This class is appropriate for all levels and offers movement variations and modifications for all bodies.
